Great customer service
Ensuring both shop and delivery orders being delivered on time
Managing staff with labour control percentages and rostering
Stock ordering and level control
Meeting daily and weekly targets
Oven management and docket control
Following open and closing procedures
Cash handling
Full time position- Including weekends and evenings
