One month after we put Daiya Vegan Cheese on the menu we sold out. We had no idea just how popular this stuff was going to be. We import Daiya from the other side of the world so when we found out there were transport issues, it was a massive blow for us and our customers.

Finally, after a 3 month vegan cheese drought – our delivery arrived.

This time we’ve bought half a ton which should keep us going for a little while.
