How is the voucher delivered?
By email, minutes after your payment goes through. It goes to the recipient email you enter at checkout, so if you would rather hand it over yourself, use your own address and forward or print it.
Where can it be used?
At checkout on the OOSHMAN website, on anything from the menu. Enter the code in the gift voucher field before paying and the balance comes straight off the order.
Does it expire?
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the day they are bought. The exact expiry date is printed in the voucher email.
Can it be used more than once?
Absolutely. Use part of the balance today and the rest stays on the voucher until it is spent or expires. No need to blow it all on one order, though we would understand.
Can I choose any amount?
Yes. Pick one of the set values or type any amount between $10 and $1,000.
Can I add a personal message?
Yes. There is a message box at checkout, and whatever you write is included in the voucher email exactly as you typed it.
The voucher email has gone missing. What now?
Check the junk folder first, it happens. Still nothing? Send us the order number through the form on this page and we will resend the voucher.
Can a voucher be refunded or swapped for cash?
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable once delivered. If an order paid with a voucher is refunded, the value goes back onto the voucher.
