General Terms and Conditions

  • A $2.50 surcharge applies per OOSH pizza. This only applies when ordering through an offer or deal.

  • A delivery surcharge applies to all local deliveries.

  • A minimum delivery amount of $25 applies (excluding delivery surcharge).

  • A $1 surcharge applies to half/half pizzas, based on the average of the two.

  • Surcharges apply to extra toppings or substitutions.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Debit cards — all incur a small surcharge.

  • Drivers carry a maximum of $40 in change.

  • Please leave your front light on when expecting delivery.

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon.

  • A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Deals and coupons may be unavailable on these days.

  • OOSHMAN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

  • All prices include GST.

Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

OOSHMAN endeavours to provide allergen-free, gluten-free, and vegan menu items as requested. However, traces of allergens, gluten, meat, or dairy may be present due to shared preparation areas.
We cannot guarantee that any menu item will be 100% allergen-free, gluten-free, or vegan. All fried items, including fries, are cooked in the same fryer as other menu items. Cross-contamination may occur.

Rewards Program Terms

  • Participation requires an active OOSHMAN online ordering account.

  • Qualified orders are those meeting program criteria.

  • Upon completing your loyalty stamps, a voucher will be sent to your email for use via our online platform.

  • Vouchers expire after 3 months from the issue date.

  • Rewards are calculated based on qualifying, non-discounted items in your order.

  • Reward credit must be used in full on one order — any unused balance is forfeited.

  • The Rewards Program applies only to orders via orders.ooshman.au, not via phone, in-store, or aggregators (Uber Eats, Menulog, DoorDash, etc.).

  • Rewards apply to both pickup and delivery.

  • Delivery fees and surcharges do not contribute to your rewards calculation.

  • OOSHMAN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time.

Rewards Earned per Item Type

  • Single Menu Items (non-discounted): 5% loyalty reward per order

  • Combos (non-discounted): 4% loyalty reward per order

Promotional Offers

Promotional discounts and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, paused, or changed at any time without notice. Some offers advertised online or on third-party platforms may not be active or available at the time of ordering.

Halal Products

OOSHMAN is not Halal certified, as we also sell non-Halal products.
However, the following meats are Halal certified by our suppliers:

    • Oven Roasted Chicken Breast

    • Hot n Spicy Chicken Wings

    • Southern Style Chicken Tenders

    • Lamb Kafta Fingers

  • Lamb Kebbeh

  • Meat Pizza (Lahm B’Ajin – beef & lamb mix)

  • Sujuk Beef Sausage

  • Halal Pepperoni

Staff are trained to handle Halal items with separate gloves and cutters. While we take care to minimize cross-contamination, traces of non-Halal products may still occur.

Marketing Communications

Email & SMS

You may occasionally receive promotional messages. You can update or opt out via your account settings.

Push Notifications (OOSHMAN App)

  • You can manage notification preferences within the app or your device settings.

  • Options include turning off promotional notifications, order updates, or both.

  • To stop notifications completely, uninstall or adjust permissions via your phone settings.

Deleting Your Account

To delete your account, please contact us using the same email address linked to your account, and include a clear request to delete your account and associated data.

  • Prices, offers, and menu items are subject to change without notice.

  • OOSHMAN is not liable for typographical errors, outdated prices, or incorrect product details on digital or printed menus.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, OOSHMAN will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from allergic reactions, delivery delays, or website errors.

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
